Brand New Voyager AI Relationship Charts, AI Smart Field Updates, and other Various Improvements… (v6.2.0)

Coevera 6.2.0 introduces the brand new Voyager AI Relationship Charts feature, expanding Voyager 2 AI to build and maintain organizational structures directly on Account records. The Account Hierarchy view detects missing parent or subsidiary companies and proposes the correct corporate structure in a guided preview-and-confirm flow, including Ghost Accounts that can be promoted to real records. The Org Chart view proposes the company’s leadership structure, matches it against existing Contacts, suggests new people to add as Ghost Contacts, and lets users review and apply changes in a single guided flow. This release also delivers significant updates to AI Smart Field — field status indicators with Error and Warning states, live progress on bulk updates, rich-text output for Long Text fields, filter control on scheduled triggers, and predictable Automatizer handling when the feature is disabled. We also added Setting Email Notification Settings by User Role with enforcement, Hide Archived Records When Linking Records, Filter Records by Inactive Users (and AI support for the new operators), Fiscal Year Options for the Revenue Trend Component, Separate Color Control for Comparison Lines in Reports, Related Account and Contact Type Mapping in Import, Advance Notice Messages for Automatic Sign-Out, and a new Use Case Library in Coevera. We are also continuously improving our application and adding other small enhancements and fixes throughout the whole application.
